iCap Leverage was incorporated in March of 2002 by a small group of entrepreneurs with a passion for improving education systems using technology.

The Vice President of Operations, Philip Lindauer, has a bachelors degree in Engineering and a Masters of Science in Education.  He has 20 years of experience working for a fortune 500 company as field engineer, engineering instructor, operations manager and global distance learning manager. 

 

Operations Manager of iCap Leverage, United Kingdom is Trevor Muddimer.  Trevor has over 20 years experience in IT and safety management, and joined iCap in 2006.  This UK operation allows acquisition projects in Europe to be managed and produced locally, saving time and keeping costs lowest in the industry.

 

 

 

Multi-Media Specialist Raif Smith is a graduate from the Multi-Media Academy at Hightower.  He is continuing his education at Austin College, focusing on Media Studies.

 

Not Pictured:The Vice President of Acquisition Engineering, Melanie Sigurdson, is Canadian and also has 20 years in industry as a field engineer and network specialist.  She is responsible for acquisition quality and crew training.
